This Three Line Dump System utilizes an integrated hydraulic pump and control valve. The most common use for this system is to power a dump/lead trailer. The third line is for a more continuous duty, where the PTO may be engaged for more than 5 minutes at any time. It allows (with valve in neutral) the pump the ability to use the entire reservoir oil capacity for cooling. The third line also accommodates the inclusion of a filter assembly in the system, assuring long component life.

Components:

A Chelsea (Parker) 8-bolt Air Operated Power Take-Off with a direct mount pump option.

A Commercial Intertech (Parker) hydraulic Dump Pump, a pump and control valve integrated into one unit, rated at 30 GPM at 1200 rpm (6.38 C.I.R.), with a pressure rating up to 2000 psi continuous duty. Direct mounted to the PTO, it eliminates the need for a driveline. Air operated valve (manual available).
*A three-line sleeve must be installed in the inlet port for three line functionality.

A Parker Inline Return filter assembly with flow capacity of 50 gallons and a 10 micron element rating is recommended.

A Hydraulic Reservoir with a minimum capacity of 50 gallons is recommended Reservoir should also have an integrated suction strainer and a return line port below the oil level, as well as an internal baffle.
